Winter-Spring Session: Jan 3 - Mar 6Bellydancercise
Immerse yourself in the exciting world of shimmies, snake arms and undulations to the beat of exotic world music. Release your inner belly dancer in this fun, low impact exercise class which uses belly dance to help students achieve tone, balance, posture awareness and strength. Each 30-minute Bellydancercise class will introduce students to classic belly dance moves, drills and core-strengthening exercises appropriate for dancers of any age, shape or size. No experience necessary. Drop-ins welcome.

Level 2 Belly Dance with Kara
Take your Belly Dance to the next level in this 60-minute Level 2 class which prepares students to perform full-length choreographies created by an experienced belly dance instructor, performer and choreographer, Kara Kowert. In addition to diligently attending class, students will be expected to practice outside of class and may need to make and purchase costumes, props and accessories for performances on an as-needed basis. Prerequisite: Instructor permission.
